The Earth is the Lord's
Perhaps the best book ever published on green theology from a Christian perspective is The Earth is the Lord's: A Message of Hope for the Environment (Regius Press, Bristol, 1990) (ISBN 18554 002 4). I should know I'm one of the authors!!!
Unfortunately, it is now out of print - however copies can be obtained from Richard Russell's Christian Studies Unit here.
